06/17/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 10:10 A.M. JUNE 17, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chair Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kady <br />Porterfield, Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director presented the Board with a <br />Fireworks Display Agreement as a follow up from her Study Session on <br />June 12th, 2019. She stated that there were a few questions the Board <br />had and she has since provided an e-mail outlining their concerns <br />with the follow up responses from KVFR. She stated that the City of <br />Ellensburg and Chief Sinclair are in support of the proposed <br />location for the 4th of July concert. They assured her that City Fire <br />Marshal Seemiller would continue to increase his support with some <br />time. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WOLVERINE WEST, LLC EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approved and authorize Chair’s <br />signature on a Fireworks Display Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and Wolverine West, LLC, in the amount of $15,000.00. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded.
