Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM.
Request for budget amendment for security video storage
There was discussion of the history and current state of security video storage. Mr. Goeben presented a
budge amendment for $32,223.57 to purchase data storage necessary to capture and store future
increased volumes of security camera video. The board approved the amendment to the IT budget.
Consider use of NetSupport Notify for IT outage notifications
Mr. Goeben relayed to the board the Security Committee concerns about diluting emergency
notifications by including network outages and offered the option to change IT procedures to send
advanced email notifications that include calendar invitations for the outage time, and a day‐before
reminder email. The board approved the procedure changes and rescinded its 1/28/2019 direction to IT
to use NetSupport Notify for network outages.
Request signature on Noel Communications service order
Mr. Goeben requested the chairman’s signature on a Noel Communications service order for a 100Mbp
Ethernet connection for $99/mo. The board approved the request and the chairman signed the order.
