JULY 22, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright & Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Vice-Chair Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the <br />Board with the Solid Waste Management Local Solid Waste Financial <br />Assistance Agreement between the State of Washington Department of <br />Ecology and Kittitas County Solid Waste for Chair’s signature. She <br />reviewed what was being applied for and indicated that the recycling <br />portion of the Grant will be addressed in a separate Grant <br />appreciation as it’s a competitive process. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT SOLID WASTE MGMT. LOCAL AGREEMENT SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on Agreement No. SWMLSWFA-2019-KiCosw-0007, the Solid Waste <br />Management Local Solid Waste Financial Assistance Agreement between <br />the State of Washington Department of Ecology and Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste as presented. Chairman Wright seconded.
