JULY 15, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Dan Carlson, <br />CDS Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 12, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT HPDB – DOUGLAS HANNON COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to reappoint Douglas Hannon to the <br />Kittitas County Horticulture Pest & Disease Board, for a two year <br />term effective immediately and ending 12/31/2021; and to authorize <br />Chair’s signature on a letter of appointment. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER TNC – COMMUNITY FOREST COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz presented the Board with a letter to consider <br />following their Special Meeting on July 8, 2019 with the Nature <br />Conservancy to discuss the Community Forest. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board <br />signature on a letter of support to the Nature Conservancy regarding
