COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 9:00 A.M. JULY 10, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Absent: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Chris Horner,
Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 9:01 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 5 minutes to
discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating
to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which
the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official
capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge
regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency. Potential action anticipated.
At 9:06 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session.
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair’s
signature on enabling documents that will be forthcoming in the near
future. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:07 a.m.
