KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 4:30 P.M. AUGUST 14, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public
Works Director/Interim County Engineer and Neil Caulkins, Deputy
Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS
At 4:30 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No action
was anticipated.
At 4:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Direction was given to Staff to pursue negotiations.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
