COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 10:30 A.M. AUGUST 13, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Absent: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Neil Caulkins,
Deputy Prosecutor; Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County
Engineer (left at 10:50 a.m.) & Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official
(joined at 10:51 a.m.).
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 10:30 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to
discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating
to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which
the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official
capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge
regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency. Action anticipated.
At 10:40 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action
taken.
At 10:40 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. Action anticipated.
At 10:45 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action
taken.
At 10:45 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the

discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. Action anticipated.
At 10:50 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. Direction
given to Staff.
At 10:51 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 11:01 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action
taken.
At 11:01 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 3 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 11:04 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action
taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:04 a.m.
