COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. AUGUST 12, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright & Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch,
Deputy Clerk of the Board I and Patti Johnson, Solid Waste
Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the
Board with a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County
Northwest Linings & Geotextile Products, Inc. she stated it was for
them to patch holes at the Solid Waste septage or leachate ponds,
for necessary repairs to the liners.
AGREEMENT KITTITAS CO./NORTHWEST LININGS SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to authorize Board signature on a
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and
Northwest Linings & Geotextile Products, Inc. as presented. Chairman
Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
