AUGUST 12, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright & Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board I and Patti Johnson, Solid Waste <br />Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the <br />Board with a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County <br />Northwest Linings & Geotextile Products, Inc. she stated it was for <br />them to patch holes at the Solid Waste septage or leachate ponds, <br />for necessary repairs to the liners. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT KITTITAS CO./NORTHWEST LININGS SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to authorize Board signature on a <br />Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Northwest Linings & Geotextile Products, Inc. as presented. Chairman <br />Wright seconded.
