AUGUST 21, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director/Interim County Engineer. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 10:33 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 20 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:53 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:53 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a <br />site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:03 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:03 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a <br />site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price.
