KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 10:30 A.M. AUGUST 21, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith; Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public
Works Director/Interim County Engineer.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS
At 10:33 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 20 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action
anticipated.
At 10:53 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 10:53 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated.
At 11:03 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 11:03 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated.
At 11:13 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 11:13 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated.

action taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:18 a.m.
