REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. SEPTEMBER 9, 2019
Board members present: Chairman, Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith; Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the
Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the
Board with a Change Order #3 for Bloom Pavilion from ALSC in the
amount of $7,531.85, for the Fire Riser Emergency Repairs.
CHANGE ORDER ALSC – BLOOM PAVILION SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair
signature on the Final Change Order from ALSC for the Bloom Pavilion
Project in the amount of $7,531.85. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
