Meeting was called to order at 1:30 pm
"BOCC Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the
Suncadia Phase 2, Division 5 Plat (LPF-19-00006 + LP -19-00001)
Jeremy Johnson briefed the board with the details of the final
plat. Commissioner Osiadacz motioned to approve signature on
LPF-19-00002 & LP -07-00038. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded the
motion and the motion passed 2-0.
Gold Creek Project Project Presentation
Mitch Long gave a presentation on the restoration project for
Gold Creek. The primary purpose of this project is to recover
Gold Creek bull trout and other native fish species through the
elimination of a significant mortality source, the
reestablishment of ecological connectvity, the restoratin of
habitat and natural processes, as envisioned by recovery plan
and management plans.

AGENDA DATE: August 26, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 5
Plat (LPF-19-00006 and LP -19-00001).
BACKGROUND: The Phase 2 Division 5 Preliminary Plat was approved on May 21, 2019 through
Ordinance No. 2019-084. The plat covers approximately 41.3 acres off of
Swiftwater Drive, Cle Elum, WA 98922.
The applicant submitted a final plat application on July 25, 2019, requesting final
mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 5 Plat. This plat encompasses parcel
numbers 960536, 960518, and 960537 to create 64 lots varying in size from 0.37
acres to 0.57 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with supporting
documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval
documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all
signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, and Assessor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia Ph. 3
Div. 14 Plat (LPF-19-00006 and LP -19-00001).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
