COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 2:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 23, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Excused: Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager; Neil Caulkins, Deputy
Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION SOLID WASTE
At 2:00 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Possible
action anticipated.
At 2:10 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Staff
was directed to continue with negotiations.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
