COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. SEPTEMBER 23, 2019
Board members present: Chairman, Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Excused: Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Amy Cziske,
Treasurer; Lisa Murray, Admin. Assistant-TR; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk
of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER
Amy Cziske, Treasurer presented the Board with a Software License
Agreement with Balanced Action (CashTax). She stated she had
Prosecutor review and has brought Jim Goeben, IT Director into the
discussions and they are making plans of how to proceed going
forward. She stated that this is an effort to get them through this
interim phase as CashTax is going away and as they work to bring on
a new application.
She stated there is no payment due until 2020.
AGREEMENT BALANCED ACTION TREASURER
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board
signature on a Software License Agreement with Balanced Action
(CashTax) as presented. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-
0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
