KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 2:30 P.M. SEPTEMBER 30, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook,
Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 2:32 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to
consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for
sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration
would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action
selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open
to the public. Possible action anticipated.
At 2:47 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 2:47 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum price
at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public
knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of
decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public
property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. Possible
action anticipated.
At 2:52 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 2:52 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum price
at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public
knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of
decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public
property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. Possible
action anticipated.
At 2:57 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Direction was given to Staff to continue discussing a lease with
EBDA.
