COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:30 A.M. SEPTEMBER 30, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith; and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Dan Carlson, CDS
Director; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook,
Public Works Director/Interim Engineer; Arden Thomas, WRP
Manager; Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Judy
Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; and 3 members of the public. REGULAR MEETING AGENDA STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 10:30 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Regular Meeting to review
items scheduled for the October 1, 2019 Agenda Session. The
Board of County Commissioners asked questions and received
reports from Staff on each Agenda item.
OTHER BUSINESS EXECUTIVE SESSION REAL ESTATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:44 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session with Mark Cook, Public Works
Director/Interim Engineer for 10 minutes to consider the
selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease
or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration
would cause a likelihood of increased price. There was no
action anticipated.
At 10:54 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
There was no action taken.
At 10:54 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the
selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease
or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration
would cause a likelihood of increased price. There was no
action anticipated.
At 10:59 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
There was no action taken.
