OCTOBER 7, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I, Amy Fuller, <br />Assessment Coordinator II, Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator, <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director, and Lisa Young, HR Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING PRIORITIZATION MATRIX RESULTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:02 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to review the <br />results of the Prioritization Matrix. <br /> <br />Amy Fuller presented the results to the Board for review. The <br />Commissioner’s had the opportunity to ask questions about the results of <br />the Matrix. Amy Fuller stated that the priorities of the Board were <br />aligned with the priorities of the Management Team for the 2020 Budget <br />year. The Board’s priorities will be shared at the November Management <br />Team meeting.
