KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 11:00 A.M. OCTOBER 7, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I, Amy Fuller,
Assessment Coordinator II, Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator,
Jim Goeben, IT Director, and Lisa Young, HR Director.
SPECIAL MEETING PRIORITIZATION MATRIX RESULTS COMMISSIONERS
At 11:02 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to review the
results of the Prioritization Matrix.
Amy Fuller presented the results to the Board for review. The
Commissioner’s had the opportunity to ask questions about the results of
the Matrix. Amy Fuller stated that the priorities of the Board were
aligned with the priorities of the Management Team for the 2020 Budget
year. The Board’s priorities will be shared at the November Management
Team meeting. The Commissioners thanked Amy and the Committee for their
work on the project.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:28 a.m.
