OCTOBER 7, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Arden Thomas, <br />WRP Manager; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:32 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:47 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TPL – SALE OF REAL PROPERTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair <br />signature on an Agreement for Sale of Real Property. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz 2nd.
