COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 1:30 P.M. OCTOBER 7, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Arden Thomas,
WRP Manager; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 1:32 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action
anticipated.
At 1:47 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
AGREEMENT TPL – SALE OF REAL PROPERTY COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair
signature on an Agreement for Sale of Real Property. Commissioner
Osiadacz 2nd. Motion carried 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:47 p.m.
