OCTOBER 21, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I, Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director/ Interim Engineer, Michelle Capp, Forest Service District <br />Ranger, and 1 member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING RECREATION IN KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:37 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to discuss <br />Recreation in Kittitas County. <br /> <br />Michelle Capp, Forest Service District Ranger, explained the Forest <br />Service’s efforts to look ahead at the Recreation in Kittitas County and <br />how to bring all the stake holders to the table. Ms. Capp explained <br />Human Ecology Mapping. She this practice will help to identify areas of <br />potential priority across the County and will be completed in January of <br />2020.
