KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:00 A.M. OCTOBER 21, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie
Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the
Board I.
REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration
meeting.
CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar.
PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County
vouchers & PAF’s.
CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence
Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week
ending October 18, 2019.
APPOINTMENT LUCY TEMPLE - UCTTF COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to appoint and authorize Chair
signature on a letter of appointment to Lucy Temple (replacing
Steven Harper) on the Upper County Traffic Task Force (UCTTF).
Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
REQUEST MONITOR IN AUDITORIUM COMMISSIONERS
The Board approved the request to replace the monitor whether it’s
by replacing it with a new monitor or a used monitor. Commissioner
Wachsmith stated that he would talk to IT Director Jim Goeben to see
what could be done.
DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS

The Board determined that for the week of October 21, 2019 they
would share on their Facebook the poster winners for 2019 Fire
Prevention Week; Drive thru Flu Shot Clinic and the Retirement
Reception for Kittitas County Sheriff.
OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES
Each Commissioner may use this time to brief the Board on varying
topics and discussions they independently had throughout the
previous week.
