OCTOBER 15, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim Engineer; Lisa Young, Human Resources Director; Tristen <br />Lamb, Public Health Administrator; Amy Fuller, Assessment Coordinator <br />II; and 2 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS – NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br />Amy Fuller, Assessment Coordinator II was recognized for the 2019 Public <br />Health Excellence Award from the Washington State Public Health <br />Association. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chairman Wright noted consent item C had been removed from the Agenda, <br />and there would be an Executive Session at the end of the meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the Agenda, as amended. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairman Wright noted consent item C had been removed from the Agenda. <br />
