COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 11:30 A.M. NOVEMBER 18, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Chris Horner,
Deputy Prosecutor III; and Sue Higginbotham, Administrative
Assistant III. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:32 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to
discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating
to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which
the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official
capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge
regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency. Potential action anticipated.
At 11:42 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Chairman Wright announced the Board will be signing on as a
plaintiff, and he will be signing any necessary paperwork brought
forward by DPA Horner.
Meeting adjourned at 11:42 a.m.
