11/18/2019 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MONDAY 11:30 A.M. NOVEMBER 18, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor III; and Sue Higginbotham, Administrative <br />Assistant III. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 11:32 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency.
