NOVEMBER 18, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor <br />Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I and Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the <br />Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending November 15, 2019. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION BOCC OFFICE CLOSURE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff proposed that the BoCC Office close on 12/20/2019 to allow <br />annual end of the year turn over, archiving and clean up. Staff was <br />directed to prepare enabling documents for the Board to consider. <br /> <br />LETTER APPOINT BRAD HABERMAN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair <br />signature on a letter to Brad Haberman appointing him to the KRD <br />Board of Directors Division No.5 effective 1/1/2020.
