Excused: Vice Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending November 22, 2019. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2019-179 COMPLETE COUNT 2020 CENSUS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on Resolution No. 2019-179, Regarding Complete Count Committee for <br />the 2020 Census. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2019-178 BOCC OFFICE CLOSURE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on Resolution No. 2019-178, Authorizing the Closure of the Kittitas <br />County Board of Commissioners Office on 12/20/2019. Chairman Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION I-90 EAST BRIEF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz presented an updated I-90 East briefing for <br />the Board to consider approving. She highlighted the changes and <br />explained that she is hopeful it will help drive conversations
