DECEMBER 9, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Arden Thomas, <br />WRP Manager; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Arden Thomas, WRP Manager presented final closing documents for the <br />purchase of Parcel #508933. She stated that the Board had previously <br />signed Resolution 2019-154, Ratifying Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />and Authorizing Chairman’s signature on Closing Documents and <br />Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Execute the Grant <br />Agreement. She stated today’s documents have been authorized and <br />they should be moving everything along very quickly. She stated that <br />the Flood Plains by design group is very excited about getting this <br />project completed so quickly, and this venue allows for the Chair <br />and the BoCC Notary to sign documents at the same time for tracking <br />purposes. <br /> <br />CLOSING DOCUMENTS TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to authorize Chair signature on Final <br />Closing Documents with the Trust for Public Land for Purchase of <br />Parcel #508933 as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
