COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:00 A.M. DECEMBER 9, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett
Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor
Crouch, Deputy Clerk I; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board.
REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration
meeting.
CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar.
PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County
vouchers & PAF’s.
CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence
Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week
ending December 6, 2019.
RESOLUTION 2019-189 ALTERNATE GCBHB – JODI DALY COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board
signature on Resolution No. 2019-189, to designate an Alternate to
the Greater Columbia Behavioral Health Board of Directors
Representing Kittitas County. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS
The Board determined that for the week of December 9, 2019 they
would share on their Facebook: County Christmas Eve Office Closures
and the Boards and Committees Vacancies.
OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES

Each Commissioner may use this time to brief the Board on varying
topics and discussions they independently had throughout the
previous week.
Commissioner Wachsmith updated the Board on a leak/flooding at the
Upper Dist. Court. The Board stated that Maintenance Staff was
authorized to do the necessary fixes until the Maintenance Director
is back, as they have to protect the facility and Staff.
