REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. DECEMBER 16, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Excused - Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch,
Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste
Director/Project Manager/Interim Maint. Director; Kady Porterfield,
KVEC Director; Karey Connor, KVEC Office Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim Maint.
Director presented an Agreement between Kittitas County and Fulcrum
Environmental Consulting, Inc. for Soil Screening Investigation at
University and Alder Lot, noting a fee estimate of $31,600.00 to
$38,000.00.
PROPOSAL FULCRUM ENVIRONMENTAL SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair
signature on the Solid Test Agreement with Fulcrum Environmental, as
presented. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
