Excused - Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste <br />Director/Project Manager/Interim Maint. Director; Kady Porterfield, <br />KVEC Director; Karey Connor, KVEC Office Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim Maint. <br />Director presented an Agreement between Kittitas County and Fulcrum <br />Environmental Consulting, Inc. for Soil Screening Investigation at <br />University and Alder Lot, noting a fee estimate of $31,600.00 to <br />$38,000.00. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FULCRUM ENVIRONMENTAL SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair <br />signature on the Solid Test Agreement with Fulcrum Environmental, as <br />presented. Chairman Wright seconded.
