COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. DECEMBER 30, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy
Clerk of the Board I; and Patti Johnson, Solid Waste
Director/Project Manager/Interim Maintenance Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim
Maintenance Director reviewed an Agreement with Nationwide Power and
requested the Board’s approval and to authorize her signature on the
document.
AGREEMENT NATIONWIDE POWER SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a Service Agreement with
Nationwide Power for the Uninterruptible Power Supply at the
Kittitas County Corrections Center. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m.
