DECEMBER 30, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy <br />Clerk of the Board I; and Patti Johnson, Solid Waste <br />Director/Project Manager/Interim Maintenance Director. <br /> REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim <br />Maintenance Director reviewed an Agreement with Nationwide Power and <br />requested the Board’s approval and to authorize her signature on the <br />document. <br /> AGREEMENT NATIONWIDE POWER SOLID WASTE <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a Service Agreement with <br />Nationwide Power for the Uninterruptible Power Supply at the <br />Kittitas County Corrections Center.
