COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. DECEMBER 16, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith. Excused - Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch,
Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Jennifer Golladay, Fiscal Tech. II;
Karey Connor, Office Manager; Kady Porterfield, Event Center
Director; Lisa Murray, Admin. Assistant.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER
Lisa Murray, Administrative Assistant (TR) gave a brief history on
Tax Title Parcel #524833 and the application received to purchase
it. She reviewed her conversation with their Deputy Prosecutor and
the conversation that took place between Kittitas County and Grant
County. She stated that the parcel is underwater and after their
research was complete it shows that should have been listed under
Grant County. She stated that Deputy Prosecutor Chris Horner
recommended the Board deny the request.
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to deny the Application for Purchase of
Tax Title Property Parcel #524833. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion
carried 2-0.
