JANUARY 8, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chair
Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Wright.

Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Dan Carlson,
CDS Director; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and 2 members of
the public. SPECIAL MEETING DISCUSSION WITH DAN TONNEMACHER COMMISSIONERS
At 11:00 a.m. Chairman Brett Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting
to discuss with Dan Tonnemacher proposed changes with the
Building Department and the Legal System.

Dan Tonnemacher explained his background dealing with the County
and the events leading up to his current situation. Mr.
Tonnemacher was concerned that the current code enforcement
process is not best to serve the citizens.
