JANUARY 6, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Cory Wright; Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner and Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer; Bill Clarke and <br />Peter Dykstra, Special Appointed Deputy Prosecutors/County <br />lobbyist. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MEETING WITH BILL CLARKE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:00 p.m. Commissioner Cory Wright opened a Special Meeting <br />to discuss with the County’s Lobbyists Bill Clarke and Peter <br />Dykstra the BoCC’s 2020 Legislative Session Priorities. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed their Legislative Priorities for 2020 (list <br />attached) and discussed the best approaches with their lobbyist <br />to achieve the most successful outcome. <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS – <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright & Mr. Dykstra provided an update on the <br />County’s Water Banking program. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright also updated Mr. Clarke and Mr. Dykstra <br />onrecent updates regarding the airport between the County & CWU. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Cory Wright, Commissioner
