JANUARY 27, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Cory Wright (attended from <br />9:45-9:57). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor <br />Crouch, Deputy Clerk I; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. (Commissioner Wright was present for vouchers <br />only). <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 24th, 2020. <br /> <br />LETTER REP. ORMSBY/REP. STOKESBARY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to ratify a letter signed on 1/21/20 by <br />the Board to Representative Tim Ormsby, Chairman House <br />Appropriations Committee and Representative Drew Stokesbary, Ranking <br />Minority Member, House Appropriations Committee regarding support <br />for dedicated funding to improve Washington’s forests and <br />communities’ resilience to wildfire. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. (Commissioner Wright was absent) <br /> <br />ACKNOWLEDGE CITY OF ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to acknowledge a letter sent to the <br />County from City Manager John Akers Re: City Councilmembers <br />representation on various County Boards, Committee’s and Commissions
