COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. FEBRUARY 3, 2020
Board members present: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz Commissioner
Cory Wright; Absent: Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Lawrence,
Solid Waste Assistant Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Lisa Lawrence, Solid Waste Assistant Director explained that she was
here for the Chair’s signature on two documents but since the Chair
isn’t here, she would like to request Vice-Chair’s signature and
also noted that item 3.) Request Boards approval for Chair’s
signature on an Agreement for Conveyance of Easement wouldn’t be
able to be addressed today as it wasn’t signed on Friday like it
should have been.
APPLICATION CITY OF ELLENSBURG SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wright moved to authorize Vice-Chair signature on the
Variance Request Permit Application Form with the City of Ellensburg
for the New transfer Station Location, as presented. Vice-Chairman
Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:47 a.m.
