FEBRUARY 18, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Osiadacz; <br />and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning <br />Official; Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim Engineer; Dan <br />Carlson, CDS Director; Elishia Harvill, Chief Administrator; Jeremy <br />Johnston, Staff Planner; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; <br />Clay Myers, Sheriff; Erin Moore, Water Resources Program Coordinator, <br />and 5 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS - NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Chairman Wachsmith noted each Consent Item would be reviewed <br />individually prior to making any motions, as there was no Agenda Study <br />Session held on Monday February 17, 2020 due to the holiday closure. <br />
