COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 2, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory
Wright. Absent: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance
Director/Project Manager questioned how the Board would like to move
forward with the stick-built house at 900 North Alder. She explained
that it’s been recently vacated, and Accolade would like to know how
the County wants to move forward. She gave them options to consider.
Ms. Johnson was directed to do some additional research and work
though timelines and report back on the options of surplus, re-
locate (sell) and/or demo.
