COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. MARCH 2, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory
Wright. Absent: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kady
Porterfield, KVEC Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER
Kady Porterfield, KVEC Director updated the BoCC on changes to their
current staffing structure. She stated that she has met with HR and
the Auditors Office and is planning to hire a Maintenance Tech I
instead of a Maintenance Tech II, as she originally had approved.
She stated that it will create some budget savings and will still
allow the Event Center to get the support needed.
The Board thanked Ms. Porterfield for the update.
