COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 16, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman
Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook,
Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC WORKS
Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer presented
the Board with a request to consider a waiver for WSDOT Right of Way
Permit Fees for the Easton I-90 widening project. He stated he had a
meeting with WSDOT and it was evident they were struggling with how
to pay the fee. He stated that the project is important to the
County and stated if the Board was comfortable with waiving the fee
of $450.00 then he would be as well.
The Board granted the request as presented.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
