COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:20 A.M. MARCH 16, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman
Commissioner Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR
Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
Ms. Young stated that she would not need both of the Executive
Sessions scheduled for today.
EXECUTIVE SESSION HUMAN RESOURCES
At 10:21 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for 5 minutes under RCW 42.30.140 (4)(b) that
portion of a meeting during which the governing body is planning or
adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body
during the course of any collective bargaining, professional
negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing
the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings while in
progress. No action was anticipated.
At 10:26 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 10:26 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for 2 minutes under RCW 42.30.140 (4)(b) that
