COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:10 A.M. MARCH 16, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman
Commissioner Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kady
Porterfield, KVEC Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER
AGREEMENT WOLVERINE WEST FIREWORS EVENT CENTER
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve an Agreement with Wolverine
West for the 2020 4th of July Fireworks Agreement, as presented.
Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Event Center Director Porterfield stated that she will be closing to
the public and cancelling events due to COVID-19. She stated that
her staff will be inside working but the building will be closed to
the public.
Meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
