3/30/2020 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM REGULAR MEETING MONDAY 9:00 A.M. MARCH 30, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith (by phone); Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz (by phone) & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy <br />Clerk of the Board I (by phone); and Lisa Young, Human Resources <br />Director. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> LETTER GOVERNOR INSLEE COMMISSIONERS <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board signature on <br />a letter to Governor Jay Inslee regarding construction guidance and <br />the Stay Home, Stay Healthy Proclamation (20-25). Commissioner <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. UPDATE COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board provided updates on issues surrounding COVID-19. <br /> AGREEMENT SERMO DIGITAL COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wright said he would recuse himself from the Agreement <br />and left the room. The Board reviewed a draft Professional Services <br />Agreement with Sermo Digital and requested Staff to make changes to <br />the document and send them back to the Prosecutors office and IT so <br />they can provide an updated version to be considered at a meeting <br />scheduled for March 31, 2020. The Board said they’d like to remove <br />all language relating to the Scope of Work’s details of providing <br />optional items. They felt they only wanted language and work to <br />include website development and updates.
