2020-03-23 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:30 A.M. MARCH 23, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Patti Johnson, Solid <br />Waste Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:32 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 10 <br />minutes to review negotiations on the performance of a publicly bid <br />contracts when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased costs. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:42 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session.
