AGENDA DATE: April 21, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and sign the amended 2020 Lodging Tax Services Agreements as awarded by Resolution No. 2020-002
BACKGROUND: The Consolidated Lodging Tax work group recommended allocating $251,239.12 of Lodging Tax funds for special events and projects. All contracts were signed by the BOCC on
1/21/2020. With COVID-19, an emergency policy was needed as an addition to the contracts.
INTERACTION: BOCC awarded these contracts on 1/21/2020. Prosecutor’s Office drafted the emergency policy, this will move forward on all future contracts as well.
RECOMMENDATION: Request the BOCC approve and sign the attached Amended 2020 Lodging Tax Services Agreements LT-2020-001 through LT-2020-030.
