AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 7th, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and sign the Amended 2020 Lodging Tax Services Agreements as awarded by Resolution No. 2020-002
BACKGROUND: The Consolidated Lodging Tax work group met on April 2nd. 2020 to meet with grant recipients who wanted to renegotiate their 2020 contracts. The Consolidated group recommended
the amendments be made. There is no changing of money in the contracts, just what expenses are allowable.
INTERACTION: Kittitas County BOCC signed the 2020 Contracts on January 21, 2020. Contracts went back through CLTAC on April 2nd, 2020 back for Board approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Request the BOCC approve and sign the attached 2020 Amended Lodging Tax Services Agreements LT-2020-009 and LT-2020-023.
