AGENDA DATE: April 7, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Affirming the 2020
Public Works Organizational Chart
BACKGROUND: Public Works is required to complete annual reporting of
various operational elements to the County Road
Administration Board. It appears that acknowledgement of
the organizational chart adopted during the 2020 budget
process is now required.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Affirm the adoption of the 2020 Public Works
organizational chart.
HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works.

RESOLUTION NO. 2020 -
AFFIRMING THE PUBLIC WORKS ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2020
WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners did adopt the County budget pursuant to
Resolution 2019-185; and
WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners did authorize the certification of the County
Road Fund levy pursuant to Resolution 2019-187; and
WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works did submit a 2020 organizational chart reviewed
and approved by the Board as part of County budget adoption; and
WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board desires the Board of County
Commissioners affirm the 2020 organizational chart for Public Works;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby affirm adoption of the 2020 organizational chart for
Public Works.
