On February 4,2020 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved a Notice of Call for
Bids for the Official County Newspaper.
The contract period for the Official County Newspaper will be from July 1,2020 through June
30,2021.I have enclosed a copy of the notice for your information and records.
Sealed bids are to be received by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners office no later
than March 20,2020 at 11:00 a.m.in the Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5 *Avenue
Ellensburg,WA Room 108 and at that time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.The
contract will be awarded at the April 7,2020 Commissioner Agenda Session.

from July 1,2020 through June 30,2021.Bids are due by 11:00 a.m.on March 20,2020,at which time bids will no longer
be accepted.Bids will be opened at the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners Office 205 W.5th Ave.#108 Ellensburg,
WA on March 20,2020 at 11:00 a.m.
