ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Contract Between Kittitas County and HopeSource for Certain Census
Services
BACKGROUND: HopeSource was granted funding per Resolution 2019-179 for Census work. There was not a contract to co-inside with that original Resolution. This new Resolution allows for
BOCC and HopeSource to enter into a Professional Services Agreement based on the original scope of work from Resolution 2019-179. The Contract will cover work done from 11/01/19 and
cease 4/30/2020. The compensation is still the original amount of $20,000.00; $15,000 for a .5FTE position and $5,000 for supplies.
INTERACTION: Auditor’s Office did not have a contract to process with the original resolution 2019-179. The Prosecutor’s Office has drafted this PSA and a new Resolution to allow the
BOCC to sign and approve the PSA.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Contract Between Kittitas County and HopeSource for Certain Census Services
