ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution Authorizing the Interlocal
Cooperative Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Emergency
Storage of Vaccine. (Effective date: Upon Signature- End date: Two years from date of
signature)
BACKGROUND:
The Interlocal agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Kittitas Valley
Healthcare for Emergency Storage of Vaccine is established and entered into by both parties to
promote efficiency in providing health services to the citizens of Kittitas County by KVH
providing emergency backup storage of KCPHD’s vaccine in the event of a power equipment
failure at the Kittitas County Public Health Department.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 20, 2020
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 9, 2020
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution Authorizing the Interlocal
Cooperative Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Emergency
Storage of Vaccine. (Effective date: Upon Signature- End date: Two years from date of
signature)
