(Effective date: Upon Signature- End date: Two years from date of <br />signature) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Interlocal agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Kittitas Valley <br />Healthcare for Emergency Storage of Vaccine is established and entered into by both parties to <br />promote efficiency in providing health services to the citizens of Kittitas County by KVH <br />providing emergency backup storage of KCPHD’s vaccine in the event of a power equipment <br />failure at the Kittitas County Public Health Department. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 20, 2020 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 9, 2020 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution Authorizing the Interlocal <br />Cooperative Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Emergency <br />Storage of Vaccine.
