AGENDA DATE: March 3, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Agreement for MAIS eRec Software as A Service Agreement
for the Kittitas Valley Event Center
BACKGROUND: Kittitas Valley Event Center has been looking at ways to increase
efficiencies and make improvements to the service of our customers for
the large load of events managed at the facility. These facets include new
software to help both with finances and event bookings. MAIS eRec is a
software that has the capabilities to not only complete all necessary tasks
staff must accomplish, but also relate well to other county departments
and their needs for necessary reporting and business. This is a very
exciting advancement for KVEC and will be an extremely useful tool for
our overall production and operation.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approving the agreement for MAIS eRec Software as
a Service Agreement for the Kittitas Valley Event Center.
