KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, March 3, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Thomas Rowe, Ph.D. <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Northwest <br />Assessment Service, PLLC for conducting psychological evaluations, conducting <br />interviews of applicants for employment or reserve service, and preparing and conveying <br />reports of psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas County <br />Sheriff's Office. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Thomas Rowe, Ph.D. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a <br />fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
