AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: March 3, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve extending the Health Services
Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Central Washington
Comprehensive Mental Health.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and
Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health. The provider will supply a qualified
Practitioner who will provide mental health related medical assessment and treatment to
inmates of the Kittitas County Corrections Center.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve extending the Health Services
Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Central Washington
Comprehensive Mental Health.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a
fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor.
