BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2o2o- 0 2b <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT EXECUTION <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract on November <br />6,2013; and <br />WHEREAS, section 12 of the contract authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by the <br />parties; and <br />WHEREAS, both the County and the Contractor desire to amend the contract in the manner detailed in <br />the attached Contract Change that is hereby incorporated by this reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />DATED this tgtu day of 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF IONERS <br />Commissioner <br />A <br />of the <br />[J Deputy Clerk of Board
